How it works
Capture supply truth without replacing the ASC's entire software stack.
SurgiRite is designed to sit alongside the systems a surgery center already uses. Its job is to make supply capture easier and turn that confirmed data into operational and financial intelligence.
Receive supplies
Photograph an invoice or packing slip. SurgiRite can propose product lines, purchase quantity, purchase UOM, pack conversion, and acquisition cost. Nothing changes inventory until a human confirms it.
Build the inventory ledger
Confirmed receiving creates append-only inventory events. Counts can remain explicitly unknown during onboarding rather than forcing staff to invent a launch-day number.
Capture actual case consumption
Create a case using a facility reference or SurgiRite-generated token, add the supplies actually used, and confirm the list. Known inventory decrements and the current acquisition cost is snapshotted into the case.
Act on the data
Administrators can see below-par items, a human-executed reorder list, inventory value, case-cost trends, and their own historical purchase-price movement.
Deliberate limits
SurgiRite does not auto-order supplies in the current product, does not guarantee stockout prevention or charge capture, and does not silently commit AI-generated data. Those limits are intentional.
